1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading our client, registering an account, or playing on dw-ro, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of this service immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Ragnarok Online is a trademark of Gravity Co., Ltd.
This server is a fan-based, non-profit private server. We do not claim ownership of the original game assets, graphics, or audio.
All modified content, custom maps, or custom items created by dw-ro staff remain the property of Digital World.

3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Sharing accounts is allowed but done at your own risk. The staff will not intervene in disputes over shared items or characters.

4. Prohibited Conduct (Rules)
Violations of these rules may lead to temporary muting, banning, or permanent IP blocking.
Cheating/Exploiting: Using packet editors, third-party software (bots/macro tools), or exploiting game bugs for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Real Money Trading (RMT): Selling, buying, or trading in-game items, currency, or characters for real-world money is strictly prohibited.
Harassment/Vulgarity: Harassment, hate speech, sexual harassment, or excessive spamming in chat channels is forbidden.
Impersonation: Pretending to be a Game Master (GM) or staff member will result in an immediate ban.
Kill Stealing (KS): Kill stealing or map-spamming is forbidden in non-PvP maps.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
"As-Is" Service: This service is provided "as-is" without any warranties. Use this service at your own risk.
Data Loss: The staff is not responsible for any loss of data, including items, experience, or characters due to server crashes, rollbacks, or hacks.
Uptime: We do not guarantee 24/7 uptime.

6. Donation Policy
Donations are voluntary and used to pay for server hosting fees.
Donations are non-refundable.
Donations do not exempt users from the Terms of Service.

7. Modifications of Terms
Digital World (dw-ro) reserves the right to change these rules at any time without prior notice.
